Broccoli Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon over medium-high heat until lightly browned - crumble bacon. Chop the florets only from the cauliflower and broccoli into small bite-size pieces.
  2. In a medium sized salad bowl, lmix the broccoli, cauliflower, bacon and cheese.
  3. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Drizzle dressing over top of salad and let salad mixture stand refrigerated for a couple of hours or overnight before serving.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste, if needed/desired.
