Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut and break apart just the heads of the broccoli & cauliflower. (Finely dice stems or save for another use).
  2. Cut cherry tomatoes in fourths or cut grape tomatoes in half.
  3. Mix all veggies, cheese and bacon bits in a bowl.
  4. Add dressing and toss till coated.
  5. Adjust the amount of dressing to your own taste.
