Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) bag plain potato chips
  • 1 (6 oz) can crispy fried onions

Directions:

  1. Crush chips and fried onions together in a gallon sized ziploc bag until crumbly.
  2. Sprinkle liberally over casseroles, tailoring spices to complement your meal. For example, when I make a chicken casserole, I use a little sage and rosemary. For broccoli casserole, a litte parsley and garlic powder. For wild rice casseroles, add sunflower seeds and parmesan.
  3. Do not add salt to this mix.
  4. Freeze to have handy. No need to add butter.
