Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/3 loaf bread
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Grease 13x9 pan.
  2. Cook Sausage in pan, drain.
  3. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes.
  4. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard
  5. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in dish.
  6. Pour egg mixture over bread.
  7. Add peppers and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Refrigerate overnight.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.
