Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 slices bread , cut into cubes

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs, adding milk, salt and mustard. Mix well.
  3. Grease bottom of 9 X 13 baking dish.
  4. Place in a layer of bread cubes,sausage, then cheese.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the top.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  8. Let stand about 5 minutes before cutting.
