Breakfast- Apple Cinnamon Oat/Bran

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup wheat bran
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Cook wheat bran in water.
  2. Add oats when most of water has been absorbed.
  3. Add apples, chopped.
  4. Add cinnamon.
  5. Stir in brown sugar.
  6. Enjoy
