Delicious healthy FILLING breakfast. Ingredients:
1 cup wheat bran |
1/2 cup oats |
1 tsp cinnamon |
4 tsp brown sugar |
2 apples |
2 1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Cook wheat bran in water. 2. Add oats when most of water has been absorbed. 3. Add apples, chopped. 4. Add cinnamon. 5. Stir in brown sugar. 6. Enjoy |
