Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a mixing bowl beat together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Place dry bread cubes in a buttered 8x1-1/2 inch round baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle raisins over the bread.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool slightly.
