  1. Grind oats in food processor until flour-like. add protein powder and mix well. by hand, mix in egg whites and cottage cheese until well blended. gently fold in blueberries.
  2. Pour into muffin tins and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
