high protein muffins, great for breakfast or snack
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oats
3 scoops whey protein powder
12 egg whites
1 1/2 cups fat free cottage cheese
1/2 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. grind oats in food processor until flour-like. add protein powder and mix well. by hand, mix in egg whites and cottage cheese until well blended. gently fold in blueberries.
2. pour into muffin tins and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
3. enjoy!
