Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Mix and sift the flour, baking powder salt and sugar. Combine milk and well-beaten egg yolk and add to dry ingredients.
  2. Add melted butter and mix well.
  3. Fold in the blueberries and well-beaten egg white.
  4. Bake on a hot waffle iron and seve.
  5. (Blueberry Topping is optional).
