Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º.
  2. Spray muffin pans with non-stick spray.
  3. Combine liquid ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, then stir in liquids until blended.
  5. Fold in fresh blueberries.
  6. Scoop batter into prepared pans, sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done.
  8. Turn muffins out onto rack.
  9. Serve warm.
