Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas in large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in sugar and butter.
  3. Mix in egg, extract and milk.
  4. Put flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in with wet ingredients and mix well, but don't over mix.
  5. Stir in sprinkles.
  6. Pur into greased loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. (check with toothpick for doneness).
