Black Dog Garlic Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 lemon , juice of
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 -2 dash cayenne

Directions:

  1. Drain beans reserving liquid. Rinse.
  2. In a food processor or blender, pulse briefly.
  3. Add garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil and seasonings, pulse until smooth.
  4. Add reserved liquid if it is too thick until desired consistancy.
  5. Before serving drizzle with a little olive oil.
  6. Serve with red bell pepper slices, pita chips or bread, veggies, pretzels, whatever!
