Black Bean Chili W Dark Chocolate

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat Oil on meduim high
  2. Cook Onions til clear on meduim high, stir
  3. Add garlic and Chili Pepper, stir
  4. Cook two minutes, stirring
  5. Add Black Pepper, (optional salt), Chipotle Sauce and green chilis, cook for two minutes, stirring
  6. Add (optional) Ground Beef and cook on med high for 10 minutes, stirring
  7. Add 2 cans Tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes. stirring occasionaly
  8. Add beans and simmer on low for for 30 minutes, stirring
  9. Add chocolate and serve once chocolate has melted into chili,
  10. Garnish with Parsley or Mexican Parlsey
