Black Bean And Corn Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart chicken stock
  • 2 ribs of celery ' fine chop
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • pinch of cayenne
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Over medium heat soften your celery and onion and a pinch of salt until translucent
  2. Add garlic and simmer for one more minute
  3. Add the whole can of beans
  4. Add the stock and simmer for about an hour
  5. Add the corn, cream and spices
  6. Enjoy!
