Betty's Ricotta Cheese Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Blend eggs, butter and sugar.
  2. Add ricotta cheese, mix well.
  3. Add salt, baking soda and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Stir in flour, mix until smooth.
  5. Add chocolate chips, mix well.
  6. Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350 for 10 - 20 minutes, or when edges of cookies are golden brown.
