A good tasting cookie and a great way to use up extra ricotta cheese. Ingredients:
1/2 cup oleo, softened |
1 egg |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup ricotta cheese |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups flour |
1 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Blend eggs, butter and sugar. 2. Add ricotta cheese, mix well. 3. Add salt, baking soda and vanilla, mix well. 4. Stir in flour, mix until smooth. 5. Add chocolate chips, mix well. 6. Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet. 7. Bake at 350 for 10 - 20 minutes, or when edges of cookies are golden brown. |
