Ingredients:

  • 1 large can yams
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp. butter

Directions:

  1. Boil water, cook rice according to directions.
  2. Heat yams and beans in a saucepan. Stir in cranberry sauce, heat until it's melted.
  3. Serve beans over the rice.
