A definite cupboard experiment and one of my favorite ones. Ingredients:
1 can cranberry sauce |
1 can black beans |
1 large can yams |
1 cup brown rice |
2 cups water |
1 tsp. butter |
Directions:
1. Boil water, cook rice according to directions. 2. Heat yams and beans in a saucepan. Stir in cranberry sauce, heat until it's melted. 3. Serve beans over the rice. |
