Beet/Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 (12 oz) cans beets
  • 1 (8 oz) package blue cheese
  • oil

Directions:

  1. Open cans of beets and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper to taste.
  3. Add cumpled blue cheese on top.
  4. Refridgerate for 1 hour before serving.
