I made this recipe up after having several salads like this in San Francisco. This is a real simple, healthy, colorful salad. Ingredients:
2 (12 ounce) cans beets |
1 (8 ounce) package blue cheese |
oil |
vinegar |
Directions:
1. Open cans of beets and place them in a bowl. 2. Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper to taste. 3. Add cumpled blue cheese on top. 4. Refridgerate for 1 hour before serving. |
