Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 12- oz can or bottle beer

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Prepare muffin tins by either greasing or by using paper liners.
  3. Mix biscuit mix and sugar together. Add beer. Dough will be stiff.
  4. Fill muffin cups 2/3rd's full.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
