Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Brown the beef and drain the oil. Add onion, jalapenos, green chillis, garlic powder, enchilada sauce and corn kernals to beef.
  2. Spray baking pan and spoon meat mixture into pan. Mix up muffin mix with milk and egg. Spoon a layer over the meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top and bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is baked over.
