Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the oil and brown the beef, onions and garlic.
  2. Add the carrots and stock and bring to the boil.
  3. Cover and cook for 40 minutes or until the beef is tender.
  4. Add the marmalade and cornflour mixture and simmer until the mixture thickens.
  5. Serve sprinkled with the Orange Gremolata.
  6. Orange Gremolata: Mix all ingredients.
