Beef & Corn Noodle Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in butter in iron skillet and add onion.
  2. Brown slightly & pour off some of the grease.
  3. Add tomatoes and noodles.
  4. Cook until noodles are tender, adding some water if necessary.
  5. Add corn & olives.
  6. Turn into a 13x9-inch greased casserole.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees, 40 minutes.
