Barbecued Spareribs

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs spareribs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp steak sauce , i used hp
  • 1 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Cut spareribs into serving size pieces. Put into large saucepan.
  2. Add 1 tsp salt and enough boiling water to cover. Cover and simmer for 30 minute.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients in roaster and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 10 minute
  4. Remove spareribs from water and mix into sauce.
  5. Cover and bake at 400°F for 45 to 50 minute.
