Ingredients:

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brewer's yeast
  • 1 cup milk (organic if you can find it)
  • 1 tbsp oat bran
  • 1 tbsp malt drink powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put all in a blender and mix till banana is throughly mixed.
