  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift first three (dry) ingredients and set aside. Cream oil and honey. Add eggs and bananas and beat until just blended. Add walnuts, milk, and vanilla. Beat well. Pour batter into oiled loaf pan and bake 50 min. Let set one day for best results. Serves 8.
