Directions:

  1. Heat waffle iron to medium low. Grease with cooking spray just before pouring in the batter.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Whisk in eggs, coconut oil, applesauce, almond milk, vanilla, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, until just blended.
  6. Gently fold the strawberries and blueberries into the batter.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite waffle toppings :)
