Banana Berry Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Mix in the margarine with a pastery mixer.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients together then mix into the dry/margarine mixture.
  4. Pour into pans and top with walnuts.
  5. Bake at 350 for 1hr or until browned.
