Directions:

  1. Combine first eight ingredients in jar with tight fitting lid and shake well.
  2. In large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, onions.
  3. Drizzle with dressing and toss.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 15 mins but longer is better.
  5. Stir in cheese before serving.
