Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Peel, core & halve pears.
  3. Mix vanilla, raisins and Amaretto together.
  4. Set pears, rounded side down, in a pan with 2 inch sides.
  5. Pour liquid mixture over pears. Cover with tinfoil and bake 30 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with a sprinkle of vanilla powder.
