Baked Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • topping
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Combine sweet potato, sugar, eggs, milk and butter. Place in a buttered 2 quart ovenproof casserole.
  2. Combine the topping ingredients. Mix well. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
  3. Bake, covered, at 350ºF for 1 hour until thoroughly heated. Garnish with whole pecans if desired.
