Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Combine dry and wet ingredients and pour into a greased 8 X 8 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
