Baked Maple Bananas

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter or 2 tbsp margarine
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 bananas , peeled cut in half lenghtwise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. In medium baking dish cook butter on high 30 seconds or until melted.
  2. Stir in maple syrup.
  3. Place bananas in dish, coat well with butter mixture using spoon.
  4. Cook on high 1 minute.
  5. Turn bananas, cook on high 1 1/2 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve warm.
