Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
3 tablespoons maple syrup |
4 bananas, peeled cut in half lenghtwise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In medium baking dish cook butter on high 30 seconds or until melted. 2. Stir in maple syrup. 3. Place bananas in dish, coat well with butter mixture using spoon. 4. Cook on high 1 minute. 5. Turn bananas, cook on high 1 1/2 minutes. 6. Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve warm. |
