Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Coat a 7 x 11 baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Place tomatoes in bottom of prepared dish.
  4. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and the pepper.
  5. Place flounder evenly over top.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt, oregano, oil, and bread crumbs.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
