Directions:

  1. Add the first 5 ingredients to a zip-top plastic bag; shake to combine.
  2. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Dip the chicken pieces into the melted butter, then add a few at a time into the breadcrumb mixture; shake to coat.
  4. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until tender.
