Ingredients:

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonaisse
  • 1 tblsp prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tblsp chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, but why would you leave it out )

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon, let cool and crumble into small pieces.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, moyonnaise, prepared horseradish, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
  3. Stir in bacon pieces and chopped green onion.
  4. Put in serving bowl and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
