  1. Fry bacon, dry and then crumble. Form a crust in 9 pan, sprinkle the bacon, tomatoes, and place cheese slices over. Beat egg whites. Combine yolks, sour cream and flour and fold in to egg whites. Pour mixture over cheese. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
