Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, applesauce, hoisin and soy sauces, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, scallions and salt and pepper to taste. Form the meat into 6 patties. (May be covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.).
  2. Lightly brush a grill pan or skillet with the sesame oil and place over medium-high heat. Add the patties and fry until golden, about 4 minutes. Turn and cook until the other side is golden and the turkey is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a bun. Serve immediately.
