  2. When it's hot put sliced garlic in
  3. Stir garlic until it softens
  4. Season
  5. Add wine
  6. Stir
  7. Slowly add flour to make a roux
  8. Quickly add artichoke hearts
  9. Stir until heated through
  10. Add capers
  11. Serve piping hot with bread to mop up the yummy sauce
  12. And with grated romano cheese on side
