Apricot Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dried apricot halves, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 1 (12 oz) bag cranberries
  • 2/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. In 2 qt.
  2. Saucepan soak apricots in cranberry juice for 10 minutes.
  3. Add cranberries, sugar, and ginger; heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat and cook uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cover and refrigerate till well chilled.
