A must have with turkey or baked chicken. Has a very fresh taste. I didn't include chilling time. Ingredients:
1/2 cup dried apricot halves, cut into 1/4 inch strips |
3/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail |
1 (12 ounce) bag cranberries |
2/3 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced) |
Directions:
1. In 2 qt. 2. saucepan soak apricots in cranberry juice for 10 minutes. 3. Add cranberries, sugar, and ginger; heat to boiling. 4. Reduce heat and cook uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Cover and refrigerate till well chilled. |
