Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded red michigan apple (, empire, gala, ida red, jonathan, mcintosh, red delicious or rome)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
  • 1/3 cup mango chutney

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and chill thoroughly, about 2 hours.
  3. Serve with crackers or celery.
