Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease the muffin tins and preheat the oven to 375.
  2. Mix the flour, baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon and cereal flakes in a mixing bowl. Stir in the apple juice, margarine, vanilla and apple. Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tins.
  3. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
