Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat the electric griddle to 350. Once heated spray with PAM.
  2. In a sauce pan heat the pie filling and add the slice banana. Stir well and let it heat through but don't boil.
  3. Using a fork, whip up the eggs, cream and almond milk.
  4. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture thoroughly coating each side and place on griddle. Brown each side.
  5. Plate up and top with the apple filling.
