  1. Mix together butter and sugar.
  2. Add egg substitute and pineapple, mix well.
  3. Add in flours, soda, and salt, blend together.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Pour into greased & floured loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
