This is so good, it's always gone in a day. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple (drained) |
3/4 cup flour |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. mix together butter and sugar. 2. add egg substitute and pineapple, mix well. 3. add in flours, soda, and salt, blend together. 4. add vanilla. 5. pour into greased & floured loaf pan. 6. bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. |
